Angie decides it’s time for her and her family to leave Wisteria Lane considering another attack may occur, while Bree’s affair with Karl becomes harder to keep a secret and results in Bree and Susan literally up in each other’s arms. Meanwhile, a rift with Gaby is caused by Lynette’s pregnancy, and the result of a confrontation between Mike and Katherine is a harmful and unexpected blow.

A childish side of Tom is evoked when Lynette discovers that he has been cheating on his tests, and that he also wants to lead the life of a frat-boy. Angie hides the truth about her mother, raising suspicion, yet again. Gabrielle is upset when Juanita is kicked out of the Thanksgiving pageant for swearing, but when she gets involved, it leads to expulsion. Orson unnoticeably pushes Bree into Karl's arms.
